The following ARF dogs were rehomed between January to February 2004:

mason
gypsy

  Name: Mason
Sex: Male
Age (approx): 10 years
Breed: Cairn Terrier/Maltese cross
Description: Mason is a spritely older gentleman who loves to play fetch and go for walks, but also loves a snooze and a cuddle. Mason has found a lovely new home with a retired couple, where he will have company during the day, a big yard to explore, a couch in the sun and lots of cuddles.
Listed: 23 November 2003
Rehomed: 1 January 2004

Name: Gypsy
Sex: Female
Age (approx): 4 years
Breed: Cross breed
Description: Gypsy probably isn't the prettiest dog you will ever meet but she might just be the gentlest one. Recently rescued from a quite tragic life, she still has an air of sadness about her. But with patience and kindness, this is slowly lifting to reveal an incredibly soft-natured teddy bear of a dog who is sweet, kind and affectionate. Gypsy is very sensitive and submissive and will need lots more gentleness in her life before she will be able to fully relax and trust people, but she will be a rewarding and easy care dog who is well worth the effort.

angus

  Name: Matilda
Sex: Female
Age (approx): 3 years
Breed: Kelpie
Description: "Matilda is doing really well. Her old coat has started falling out and a nice shiny coat is starting to come through. She really loves it here I think. She is still very playful but has learnt not to go and jump on the kids' beds when they are sleeping, she just loves them. She has also become very fond of one of our cats, (the youngest one, he is about 6mths old). They play a lot, and Matilda can't understand why the other one (she is old 16yrs, and hates dogs) doesn't want to play with her, but she keeps trying. Her basic training is coming along really well, she knows how to drop, she doesn't understand stay yet, but she does understand wait (for example with food, or a treat.). Matilda is really a lovely dog, and really friendly. We just couldn't be without her now I don't think."
