	Smoochy boy: Whiskey Sex: Male Age: 12 weeks approx. Breed: Kelpie x Border Collie Size: Medium (when fully grown) Rescued: 2 November 2005 Adopted: 6 November 2005	Gorgeous Gal: Ebony Sex: Female Age: About 12 to 18 months Breed: Border Collie X Size: Medium Ebony's new owners describe her as 'the perfect dog'. She sleeps inside at night, loves the kids and is great with them. In short Eb's new owner can't believe just how wonderful Ebony is. 	Sweet and outgoing: Annie Sex: Female Age: 8 months Breed: Staffy X Size: Medium When Annie came into ARF foster care, she was an underweight, shy girl. We recently went to visit Annie in her new forever home and were greeted at the front door by a confident, happy girl in excellent condition. Annie's coat is now glossy and she is in top shape. Her new best friend James has been teaching Annie lots of skills - she now knows how to crawl and "speak" on command. Annie's new family clearly love her very much, and she is absolutely smitten with them as well! Annie's story is what makes dog rescue so rewarding.. 	Beautiful: Bella Sex: Female Age: 3 months Breed: Kelpie X Size: Medium Little Bella was recently rescued by ARF from Queanbeyan pound. She has recently found a new home as a little play friend for Lily, a previous ARF rescue dog. She also gets on well with Tim the 14 yr old cat, as long as she doesn't annoy him too much! She especially likes long drives in the car with the window down, strapped in tightly of course and running after Lily in the backyard! Bella would like to say "thank you" to ARF for saving her and finding her a special home in which she is much loved and adored! 	Bonnie Lass: Freya Sex: Female Age: 3-4 years Breed: Staffy Size: Medium Her owners (who also adopted another dog from ARF) say: "I can't thank you enough for introducing both the dogs! They are both beautiful, and make coming home a joy. Freya's very loving, and she's also heaps of fun. She's encouraging Denny to play and live a little, which is great.They get along beautifully!" 	Regal and Dignified: Keira Sex: Female Age: Approx. 8 years old Breed: Long Haired German Shepherd Size: Large Rescued: 8 October 2005 Adopted: 30 November 2005	Athletic teddy bear: Yogi (now Major) Sex: Male Age: 18 months Breed: Elkhound X Size: Medium Yogi (now Major) went to a home with another ARF dog, Cassie and they have really become good buddies and enjoy a good game of chasey and tug-o-war around the house. his new owners say that they wouldn't have it any other way.
