"Well what a beautiful boy he is and what a great decision we made to adopt him. He is the most fabulous little guy! He fits into our family just perfectly!!!!! Pia and he are still madly in love and are absolutely inseparable. He has such gentleness about him and is a lot quieter than Pia, as in not a complete nutcase like my Pia!!!!!! The two of them play for hours together during the day, but he is usually the first to say enough is enough and collapses into bed for a while, but they are just perfect for each other. They even share bones. I'm talking one on each end and chew away! I didn't think I would EVER see any 2 dogs do that, but they were doing that after the first week together!!!! It sums up both of their natures really doesn't it?
Licorice loves a big smooch every night (Pia won't sit still long enough) then when he has had enough, he quietly gets off the lap he is smooching on and settles on his beanbag, made for him my Mum who has a large soft spot for him. We feel very lucky to have Licorice in our family.

Rescued: 23 February 2006 Adopted: 4 March 2006	Chocolate Kisses: Baci Sex: Female Age: nearly 2 years Breed: German Shorthaired Pointer Size: Medium-Large Baci's new Mum and Dad are ecstatic at having found their perfect dog through ARF. They are looking forward to taking Baci to dog training classes and on their jogging excursions every day. Baci's new home will suit her down to the ground, too... she has already made herself comfortable and can look forward to a long and happy life with her new favourite people and being spoilt rotten as only a good dog should be! Jasmine aims to spend lots of time cuddling with the adults and children of the family, smooching with the resident cat, and keeping goofball puppy Harley in check (oh, and playing with him too as can be seen in the photos above!) 	Affectionate and Devoted: Nina Sex: Female Age: 6 years Breed: Labrador Size: Large Nina's new family were intending to breed from their own beautiful Labrador. But when they saw the ARF website and spoke to some ARF rescuers, they realised there already were plenty of homeless Labradors in Australia, and they didn't want to add to the problem. So they decided not to breed, but to adopt instead. We think that's a great decision!
