| Gentle Aussie Battler: Scooby Breed: German Shepherd/Kelpie X Age: About 16 weeks approx Sex: Male Size: Medium-large when grown It was mutual love at first sight for Scooby and his new family. Scooby has come a long way having won the battle as a small pup with Parvovirus, coming into care as an unsure, weak and extremely underweight puppy and now holds his own as a healthy and happy 6 month old. Scooby's new life will include agility training which he will adore and hanging out with a laid-back red setter and a cranky Dachshund. | Your new best mate: Tiger Sex: Male Age: 8 months Breed: Jack Russell Terrier mix Size: Small Rescued: 28 December 2006 Adopted: 6 January 2007 | Raven Beauty: Poppy Breed: Border Collie x possibly Kelpie Sex: Female Age: 12 months approx Size: Medium Poppy's new family saw her on the ARF website and although being in Melbourne, they and Poppy's carer knew that she was the dog for them. They are delighted with Poppy and told us that she is everything that was described by her carer and that she has fitted in very well thanks to the careful matching that ARF does. Poppy is very happy with her new canine companion and is readying herself to work as a tradie's helper during the day, and for walks along a reserve and going to the beach. Poppy of course with her new and exciting life also will enjoy snoozing inside with her people. Indeed her family only disagreed with one part of Poppy's old description - letting her carer know that she isn't just 'special'but is "precious." | Scruffy, cuddly and handsome: Fitzy Breed: Wolfhound Age: About 6-7 months Sex: Male Size: Large Our beautiful scruffer has gone to a wonderful home. He will have a lovely big canine brother Mac and a loving family that just adore him and are convinced he is crossed with a Teddy :o) He will have 100 acres to run on and a family that are home all the time with him. Chloe is off to live in a gorgeous house with her lovely new people, with lots of games, obedience training, love and care heading her way! Samson's foster carer was able to tell them everything they needed to know about Samson, to make sure he was the right dog for them. Report from his new owner: "Samson is going really well.
