ARF Dogs available for adoptionARF dogs are in temporary foster care and seeking suitable permanent loving homes. ARF dogs are microchipped, desexed, C5 vaccinated, on heartworm prevention, wormed, and health-checked. To help cover these costs, ARF asks for an adoption fee contribution of $253 (incl GST) per dog (or $110 (incl GST) for dogs over 8 years old) plus any donations people may wish to make.    | Exceptional: Ellie Sex: Female Age: 5 months Breed: Staffy x something scruffily gorgeous Size: medium when mature Personality: Ellie is such a lovely pup. She has a fairly easy going, relaxed nature and is not overly silly for a pup of her age. She is very affectionate and loves being close to you, whether it is being cuddled or sitting on your feet. She is also very social and is good with other dogs of both sexes. I have to say that she just adores my two dogs and would probably best suit a home that has a dog already. I think she would be very lonely if left by herself. Looks: She is one of a kind and totally gorgeous, with her big brown eyes and scruffy coat, that is always shiny. She has a chunky build like that of a staffy. Training: Ellie has quiet good manners. She has some basic training such as: sitting, comes when called, walks well on a lead and can use a dog door. She responses well to verbal corrections and is motivated by food rewards. Ellie also travels well in the car and likes accompanying you on trips. I have currently been crate training Ellie. She sleeps in the crate inside at night and will sleep straight through until morning. She is not fully housetrained yet but that is coming along well. Requirements: Exercise wise Ellie would only require moderate exercise and would enjoy a daily walk. Ellie would be best suited to a home where she is allowed inside and is considered part of the family. **Ellie is a very sweet pup and she deserves a wonderful new home** Ellie is microchipped, desexed, C5 vaccinated, wormed, on heartworm prevention and available for $253 (incl GST).
