ARF Dogs available for adoptionARF dogs are in temporary foster care and seeking suitable permanent loving homes. ARF dogs are microchipped, desexed, C5 vaccinated, on heartworm prevention, wormed, and health-checked. To help cover these costs, ARF asks for an adoption fee contribution of $253 (incl GST) per dog (or $110 (incl GST) for dogs over 8 years old) plus any donations people may wish to make. | Pretty: Peggy Sex: Female Age: 18 months (approximately) Breed: Cross breed Size: Medium large Description: Peggy (short for Pegasus) is a striking looking girl with beautiful black and cream markings and a lovely soft coat that is easy care. She is a friendly young dog, past the silly puppy stage but still full of energy and a natural athlete. However after a walk Peggy is happy to spend time snoozing or quietly watching you work. She is very affectionate, loves cuddles and pats and has a delightful habit of leaning quietly against you, enjoying your company. Peggy gets on well with other dogs and just loves a game with her doggie friends - if Peggy has a fault it is that she is sure every dog she meets will want to play with her. So that she can get used to meeting other dogs without wanting to play all the time, Peggy has started obedience training with a group of other young dogs. Peggy would be an excellent companion for another dog, or would be fine as an only dog provided she could spend plenty of time with her family.
