	ARF Dogs available for adoption ARF dogs are in temporary foster care and seeking suitable permanent loving homes. ARF dogs are microchipped, desexed, C5 vaccinated, wormed and health-checked. To help cover these costs, ARF asks for an adoption fee contribution of $300 (incl GST) per dog (or $150 (incl GST) for dogs over 8 years old) plus any donations people may wish to make. 		Happy Hannah Age: approx 2-3 years Breed: Jack Russell X Sex: Female Size: Small Description: Hannah is a happy little girl who has settled into her foster home very quickly, making friends with the other dogs and snuggling with her carers whenever she can. Although she gets on well with other dogs, she is more people oriented and would be fine in a single dog home as long as she wasn’t left on her own for long periods. She needs practice at walking on the lead but is improving quickly and loves to go for a walk. Hannah can sit, drop and has learned to wait politely for her food. She would suit a family who are looking for a companion who would give her a walk regularly and involve her in their everyday life. She is a gentle girl who would be suitable for a family with children although she is still learning not to jump up on people. Hannah sleeps inside and is house trained. She travels well in the car and would love to be involved in trips away with her new family. She has a short soft coat which will be easy to maintain with a regular weekly brush.. 		Princess: Lizzie Sex: Female Age: 10 years Breed: Maltese Size: Small Description: Little Lizzie has just arrived into care but is doing very well. She is a bit of a cuddle muffin and likes to be whereever you are. While she doesn't mind being outside, she much prefers to be inside. She is house trained, good on lead and in the car. She is okay with other dogs and cats - ignoring some 5 week old kittens that I have. Lizzie has been a little neglected of late, her coat will be clipped and she will receive a dental treatment prior to going to her new home. Lizzie did not cope well in the pound environment and has lost a lot of weight but I am sure it won't take long for her to put it back on. Lizzie would be a great companion for a retired family, just wanting to have someone she can spend her days with and go for walks. Although Lizzie is around 10 years old she is still quite an active little dog. Lizzie is microchipped, desexed, C5 vaccinated and wormed and available for $150 (incl GST).
