	ARF Dogs available for adoption ARF dogs are in temporary foster care and seeking suitable permanent loving homes. ARF dogs are microchipped, desexed, C5 vaccinated, wormed and health-checked. To help cover these costs, ARF asks for an adoption fee contribution of $300 (incl GST) per dog (or $150 (incl GST) for dogs over 8 years old) plus any donations people may wish to make. 		Sweet natured and loving: Nala Sex: female Age: approx 8-9 months old Breed: Kelpie x Size: Small/Medium Description: Dainty Nala has only been with us a short time but so far we've found her to be a good natured pup who is very keen to please. She's also quick to learn and is quite focused when teaching her new things. She's good with other dogs and quickly made friends with one of my dogs - playing and chasing each other around the yard. Nala also loves to be near her people and simply adores a cuddle! She can sit and drop and has already learned to stay while you walk through the door. Nala is still a pup so will need continued training and socialising to help her grow into a well behaved adult. She's not overly active considering she's a young kelpie x but will certainly need a daily walk. She'd really suit a home with another dog and she's definitely not the sort of dog that would cope well if left alone for long periods. I also think a home with older children more suitable as she does get excited when you get home so may be too much for toddlers. Nala seems to have settled into her foster home quickly and went through our dog doors as if she'd done it all her life. She's a smart pup with a very loving nature.
